
Colorado Rocky Mountain School (CRMS) is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Desk Project Manager to join our administrative team. The Front Desk Project Manager is a full-time position that provides organizational, communication, and project management support to ensure smooth daily operations across campus. This position works closely with the Head of School, Leadership Team, and Dean of Students, serving as the first point of contact for visitors and the central hub of the school’s Welcome Center. In this role, you'll handle a variety of responsibilities, including managing visitors, answering the main phone line, overseeing student attendance and restriction, and supporting various school projects. You'll also maintain school calendars, manage student travel logistics, coordinate school accreditation efforts, maintain supplies and organize common areas, and provide support as needed for special projects and events.
