We’re teaming up to fight local hunger and make sure every family in Summit County has access to nutritious food this holiday season. How it works: Look for the Epic Mountain Express vans parked outside City Market in Dillon and drop off your non-perishable food items or monetary donations. Once the vans are full, all donations will go directly to FIRC Summit Center. Most needed items include: - Proteins (canned tuna, canned chicken, canned beans, peanut butter) - Pasta, rice, family-size flour, oats, canola oil. - Beans, canned vegetables, and soups. - Baby food, diapers, and wipes - Vegetables: Canned green beans, mixed vegetables, tomatoes, corn and - - Gift cards and cash donations also accepted Every can, every box, every dollar makes a difference.
