The Fraser Valley Metropolitan Recreation District (FVMRD) is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to conduct a Community Needs Assessment for parks, recreation facilities, programs, services, family entertainment, and golf operations within the District. The selected consultant will assist with community engagement, needs assessment, data analysis, and development of prioritized recommendations to guide future planning and investment decisions.
