TOWN OF DILLON NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the August 5, 2026, regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Dillon will conduct a public hearing for a Level IV Development Permit Application for a planned unit development application for a multi-family residential apartment development. The Application is for the redevelopment of the property located at 312 Dillon Ridge Road, Dillon, Colorado. The Planning Commission will consider the following resolution: A RESOLUTION BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF DILLON, COLORADO, RECOMMENDING THE APPROVAL OF A LEVEL IV DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION FOR A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FOR NEW MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL APARTMENT COMPLEX AT 312 DILLON RIDGE ROAD, DILLON, COLORADO. The public hearing shall be held before the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Dillon at the regular meeting at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at Dillon Town Hall, 275 Lake Dillon Drive, Dillon, Colorado.
