NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Town of Winter Park, CO will hold a public hearing on August 18, 2026 and September 1, 2026, each at 5:30 PM or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard at the Winter Park Town Hall, 50 Vasquez Road, Winter Park, CO 80482, on the proposed execution of a contract with Resort Area Development Metropolitan District No.1, Cooper Creek Village Metropolitan District No. 1, and The County of Grand to form a Regional Transportation Authority to provide mass transportation services as authorized by the Regional Transportation Authority Law, C.R.S. § 43–4–601, et seq. Copies of the above-referenced document are on file with the Danielle Jadee, Winter Park Town Clerk and available for public inspection.
