NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Dillon Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing at the Regular Meeting on September 2, 2026: Consideration of Resolution PZ 07-26, Series of 2026: A RESOLUTION APPROVING A LEVEL III DEVELOPMENT PERMIT APPLICATION FOR THE TOWN PARK PLAZA BATHROOM AND STORAGE BUILDING AT 275 E. LA BONTE STREET. The public hearing shall be held before the Town of Dillon Planning and Zoning Commission at the Regular Meeting beginning at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at Dillon Town Hall, 275 Lake Dillon Drive, Dillon, Colorado in the Council Chambers. Members of the public are invited to attend and comment on the subject matter of the public hearing. Meeting materials will be posted on the Town’s website www.townofdillon.com at least 72 hours prior to the hearing.
