We're Two Leaves and a Bud, an independent tea company in the mountains of Colorado with a mission to make a great cup of tea accessible to everyone, and we are seeking a new Customer Care Admin. As a member of the Customer Care team, you will be responsible for daily wholesale order entries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and general office-related tasks. Candidates must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to work with team members across various departments in a fast-paced business environment. Will train on specific applications related to our business but basic computer skills are a prerequisite. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: -Order Management: -Process and manage a wide range of order types, including: -B2B platforms: Sysco iTrade, SPS Commerce, Mable, Faire -E-commerce marketplace channels: US Foods via Mable, Amazon FBA -Direct sales: Email, phone, sample, and tradeshow orders -Backorders and international orders -Ensure timely and accurate entry, tracking, and fulfillment of orders -Work with sales & warehouse teams to ensure smooth order execution and issue resolution -Tradeshow Coordination -Organize and manage pre-show and post-show logistics: -Register event attendees and manage sampling requirements -Coordinate insurance documentation for event participation -Submit pallet orders and arrange warehouse return shipping -Office & Administrative Support -Oversee sample stock inventory -Manage internal schedules, including: -CSA shift rotations -Company birthday and celebration calendars -Provide general office management support as needed This is a full time, hourly position with a minimum of 32 hours per week based in Basalt, CO, with in-office work expected.
