The Volunteer and SFT program coordinator is the chief volunteer recruiter for the organization providing qualified, trained, vetted, and motivated volunteers for the organizations various programs that depend on volunteers, or hourly paid part-time employees, for it key programs. The position also oversees and coordinates the Supervised Family Time program including hiring of part-time staff, training of staff, supervision of staff, staff scheduling, case assignments, issues and interventions with staff, and compliance with court and agency protocols. Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Development, Sociology, or related field required. Experience recruiting and training volunteers, part-time staff, and knowledge of child abuse, neglect, family systems, and cultural issues preferred. $65,000 annually, plus retirement contribution, PTO, sick days.
