Now Hiring: Ranch Technician in Snowmass, CO We are seeking a dependable Ranch Technician to assist the Property Manager with both day-to-day operations and broader property upkeep at a privately owned equestrian facility. This full-time, year-round position (typically 40 hours/week, with occasional overtime) offers a pay range of $$29.88 to $32.77 per hour, plus a company-paid medical plan, paid time off, and 401K. Opportunities for advancement are available. Responsible for: • Inspecting and maintaining ranch facilities, equipment, and grounds • Snow removal (plowing, shoveling, blowing) and irrigation/ditch maintenance • Controlling noxious weeds and caring for turf, pastures, fences, and landscaping • Safely operating and maintaining trucks, tractors, skid steers, and other machinery • Coordinating with vendors, managing small repair projects, and reporting issues promptly • Supporting a safe environment for staff, visitors, and livestock • Other duties as assigned Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation equipped for winter driving, be able to lift up to 75 lbs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
