Finish Carpenter qualifications: - 5 Yrs experience in high end casework installation - Read & understand construction drawings - Strong communication skills & attention to details Site Superintendent qualifications: - 2 yrs experience in custom home building or Bachelors degree - Experience with excel, blubeam, or other construction software - Ability to communicate & lead with designers, clients, & sub-contractors - We are willing to train motivated and strong-minded individuals who have a strong work ethic.
