Marker Hill Construction is a local company based in Winter Park, Colorado, specializing in high-quality site work, excavation, and infrastructure projects throughout our mountain community. We are currently seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to join our field operations team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys operating heavy equipment, working outdoors, and contributing directly to meaningful projects from the ground up. In this role, you’ll operate equipment such as excavators, loaders, skid steers, dozers, graders, and haul trucks while supporting excavation, grading, utilities, roadwork, site prep, and winter snow removal. You’ll work closely with foremen and crew members to ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule. Qualifications include: 1–3 years of equipment operation experience, strong safety awareness, mechanical aptitude, and a valid driver’s license. CDL preferred but not required.
