Responsibilities Summary: Perform advanced level diagnostics and service procedures on analog and electric bikes Service Writing Wheel building Hydraulic brake bleeds Suspension service Bearing overhauls Internal hub service Build all price points of bikes Competent (or able to achieve competency) in all aspects of ski tuning and binding service operations Duties and Responsibilities: 100% bike safety check proficiency Perform level I-IV repairs Assist Level I-IV technicians with repairs Perform quality control inspection on others repairs Ensure that proper safety practices are being followed Ensure customer service standards are being met Make sure that there is good communication between sales and service departments. Responsibilities: Suspension service – all levels Hydraulic brake rebuilds Dropper post rebuilds Custom bike builds Competent in all aspects of ski tuning and binding service operations Maintain ski tuning equipment Conduct training sessions Duties and Responsibilities: 100% bike safety check proficiency Perform level I-V repairs Create accurate and complete repair estimates for customers Assist I-V technicians with repairs Perform quality control inspection on others repairs Ensure that proper safety practices are being followed Handle customer complaints Delegate while-you-wait repairs to production technicians.
