This role is responsible for managing staff, improving systems and workflows, tracking KPIs, enhancing patient experience, and ensuring operational excellence across the practice. The ideal candidate has formal customer service experience, strong leadership skills, exceptional time management, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Must be detail-oriented yet flexible, solutions-driven, and naturally positive.
