Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team. This is a flexible, part-time position with a hybrid schedule—working 1–2 days per week in our Aspen office and the remaining time remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
-Handle correspondence, emails, and phone communications
-Assist with document preparation, filing, and record keeping
-Support basic bookkeeping and expense tracking
-Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
-Assist the CEO with tasks related to his personal home and family
Qualifications:
-Strong organizational and time management skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office
-Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely
-Previous administrative experience preferred
