Bedrock Estate Management is seeking a highly capable, hands-on Property Management Technician to support a portfolio of luxury residences in Aspen and Basalt.
This is a ¾ to full-time, year-round opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and looking for long-term consistency with a dynamic and supportive team.
About the Role
This is not a desk job. You’ll be actively working within high-end homes—maintaining, troubleshooting, coordinating, and solving problems in real time.
No two days are the same. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys independence, and thrives in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform weekly property inspections and reporting
Coordinate and oversee subcontractors + construction projects
Complete hands-on repairs and maintenance
Manage seasonal maintenance programs (home + property)
Handle client requests, errands, and home readiness
Oversee deliveries, vehicles, and property logistics
Maintain clear communication and task tracking
What We’re Looking For
Strong mechanical aptitude (construction, plumbing, general systems)
Experience with residential maintenance or property management
Familiarity with modern / smart home systems
Excellent communication and client-facing professionalism
Highly organized, self-directed, and responsive
Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
Preferred
Experience in luxury or high-end residential environments
Ability to problem-solve independently and think proactively
Positive, team-oriented mindset
Compensation & Structure
$35–$60/hour depending on experience and scope

This role is structured to provide flexibility and independence, and may be engaged as an independent contractor (1099) depending on experience and working arrangement.
