Kristin Dittmar Design is seeking an experienced Project Designer to join our Aspen-based interior design studio. One of our team members is relocating, and we are looking for someone who can step confidently into a high-end, fast-paced design environment with strong technical, creative, and client-facing abilities. What We are Looking For 7+ years of experience in an interior design or architecture studio Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit a plus) Ability and willingness to use AI tools to support research, drafting, and design workflows Excellent client communication and professional presentation skills Strong problem-solving, organization, and project coordination abilities Ability to manage deadlines, communicate proactively, and stay detail-oriented Experience supporting FF&E, finish schedules, material sourcing, and spec books Role Responsibilities:- Produce accurate CAD drawings (RCPs, elevations, plans, details) - Support design concepts, sourcing, and presentation boards - Communicate with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors - Assist with documentation, project organization, and installation coordination - Work directly with Kristin and the KDD team on active projects Location: This is an in-person position based in Aspen/Snowmass. Relocation assistance can be discussed for the right candidate. Compensation: Salary range: $75,000 - $120,000, depending on experience and skill level.
