We're looking for an Assistant Superintendent who wants more than just another construction job. What You'll Do •Working directly with our Superintendents and Project Managers, you'll help oversee all aspects of construction from start to finish, including: •Coordinate daily subcontractor activities •Assist with scheduling and maintaining project milestones •Perform quality control inspections •Ensure work is completed safely and in accordance with plans and specifications •Coordinate inspections and maintain project documentation •Utilize Procore for daily reports, photos, RFIs, and punch lists •Help maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites •Communicate effectively with homeowners, architects, designers, and subcontractors •Identify issues before they become problems and help develop solutions •Qualifications We're looking for someone with: •5-10 years of construction experience •Experience in residential construction (custom home or remodel experience preferred) •Strong understanding of construction sequencing and building systems •Ability to read and interpret construction drawings •Excellent organizational and communication skills •Positive attitude and willingness to learn •Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management software is a plus •Valid driver's license and clean driving record What Makes Someone Successful Here The right person is: •Self-motivated •Highly organized •Detail-oriented •Professional with clients and trade partners •Humble enough to ask questions •Confident enough to take ownership •Interested in building a long-term career—not just collecting a paycheck Compensation & Benefits Compensation: •Competitive hourly wage based on experience and performance-based bonuses Benefits: •Company truck •Fuel card •Company phone •Medical, dental, and vision insurance •401(k) with company match •Paid Time Off •Paid holidays •Continuing education and professional development •Opportunities for advancement into Superintendent and Project Management roles Why MacAllister Construction?
