The Role As a Car Wash & Detail Attendant, you will be key to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities include: ● Greeting customers with a friendly, positive attitude and explaining available services. ● Pre-washing exterior areas, scrubbing heavily soiled vehicles, and guiding cars into the wash tunnel efficiently. ● Performing detail services in the detail bay to high standards. ● Maintaining equipment, unclogging vacuums, emptying trash, and keeping the site clean and organized. ● Collaborating with teammates with a sense of urgency and professionalism. What You Bring ● No car wash experience required (we provide training!), but relevant leadership or customer service experience is a plus. ● Ability to work physically active shifts indoors & outdoors in various weather conditions. ● Availability to work between 8am and 8pm, including weekends and some holidays. ● Ability to lift, push, pull, and bend up to 40–50 lbs. ● Reliable transportation (a valid driver’s license is a plus). ● Mechanical aptitude or sales skills are a plus!
