We are looking for an experienced, dependable, and hands-on Gas Station Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of gas station, service and convenience store. The Operations Manager will be responsible for leading the team, maintaining excellent customer service, managing inventory and cash controls, ensuring safety and compliance, and helping drive sales and profitability. The ideal candidate a strong leader who can manage employees effectively, solve problems quickly, maintain high operating standards, and take ownership of the overall performance of the location. Hands-on experience with basic vehicle repairs, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting is preferred.
