Looking for Ag-lease grazing tenant(s) for 2026. Work horses, cattle, goats, etc. are all possible. Have 8+ acre fenced pasture (with Continental Divide views to enjoy!) that has springs and ponds. Some minor fence repairs needed that could be done cooperatively, or by tenant as part of lease terms (fencing materials available on-site). Additional, smaller, adjacent areas good for smaller animals and moveable fencing (e.g., goats). Haying opportunities also exist.
