Basement available January 1st, currently remodeling with new carpet and paint. This is a very nice unit for the price. Room can be partially furnished with Queen Bed and dresser and maybe some additional furnishings as needed. I've been here 6 years and am subletting my basement room. This is a semi-shared space with laundry room and another guest room downstairs. I've had 2 renters here the past 3 years, each stayed a year and a half, you're welcome to stay longer!
