Savills is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Broker to lead Savills Ski in Aspen and Colorado, representing one of the world’s most prestigious names in real estate. This is a unique opportunity to spearhead the U.S. presence of our specialist ski division, which is internationally recognized for its expertise in luxury alpine property markets. The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years of proven experience in real estate brokerage at the premium end of the market, with a strong track record of building client relationships, closing high-value transactions, and demonstrating in-depth market knowledge. Leadership skills, business development acumen, and the ability to grow the Savills Ski brand in North America will be essential. Savills operates through a global network of more than 700 offices and associates worldwide. Our ski division currently has nine branded offices across the European Alps and produces industry-leading research on ski property markets annually.
