We are seeking a skilled and professional Customer Service Technician to join our team. This full-time position is responsible for performing warranty and service work for completed custom homes, as well as assisting on active construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical abilities in drywall repair, carpentry, and general handyman skills, combined with the professionalism and attention to detail required for working in high-end residences. . Responsibilities: -Perform high-quality repairs and adjustments on completed homes under warranty, ensuring work meets our company’s craftsmanship standards. -Execute drywall repairs, finish carpentry, door and window adjustments, and other general handyman tasks. -Assist project teams on active job sites with punch list items, finish work, and installation support. -Supervise small job sites or individual projects as needed, coordinating with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely completion. -Communicate professionally and effectively with homeowners, subcontractors, and internal team members. -Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, both on active construction sites and in client homes. -Document work completed, materials used, and time spent for reporting purposes. -Uphold the company’s reputation for quality, service, and integrity in every interaction. . Requirements: -3+ years of experience in residential construction, with proficiency in drywall repair, finish carpentry, and general handyman tasks. -Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot home maintenance issues effectively. -Experience supervising small job sites or coordinating subcontractor activities. -Excellent communication and customer service skills; comfortable working in high-end homes with discerning clientele. -Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. -Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. -Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders or in various physical positions as required. . Preferred Qualifications: -Previous experience in high-end residential construction or luxury home service. -Knowledge of multiple trades (paint touch-up, minor plumbing, electrical fixture installation, etc.). -OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
