We are looking to hire a part time Mortgage Field Inspector to conduct property and occupancy inspections on behalf of mortgage companies in the Craig/ Meeker area. This is a part time commitment with flexible times (daytime hours only). You can set your own schedule! Depending on production pay ranges from $800-$1200 per month (3-5 days a month) . Must have access to Computer/Scanner/Printer, Smartphone (Either Iphone or Droid), and reliable personal vehicle. Must be able to pass a background check. Skills Needed: Reliability, great communication, self-motivation, basic computer skills, and professionalism. Job involves taking pictures of properties and filling out short reports. No need for prior experience. We can train you. We are a family run business based out of northern Colorado.
