The candidate must be physically able to perform a variety of tasks and the ability to work independently at multiple property locations. They must have the desire and ability to maintain the properties at a high level. A variety of task are required. Light ranch work including horse and cattle care, fencing, grounds work, painting, building maintenance, chain saw work, snow removal, machine and vehicle care, and light carpentry. Some minor travel may be required. Valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record. Flexibility on work schedule required. Compensation commensurate with skills and experience.
