Requires: Master’s degree in finance, business administration, mathematics, or related field; 3 years of experience as a Real Estate Financial Analyst and Product Manager; Amazon Web Services (AWS) certification; proficiency with business intelligence platforms and data pipelines, including using SQL, NoSQL, Looker, Fivetran, and Google BigQuery; and proficiency with low-code development platforms, including Retool, Make.com, and Zapier.
