
Responsibilities/Duties:
• Become familiar with HUD housing regulations
• Effectively communicate with individuals representing diverse cultures, backgrounds, age groups, low-income families, and landlords
• Become proficient with industry-specific software
• Assess individual needs and ensure receipt of Agency services
• Establish rents with property owners
• Investigate program complaints
Job Qualifications:
• Self-starter able to solve problems in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats
• Work effectively with individuals who are disabled, have mental health conditions, lack economic self-sufficiency, and/or are considered hard to house
Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
• Prior experience in the housing industry preferred but not required
• Will train the right applicant
Additional Requirement:
• Possession of, or the ability to obtain, a Colorado driver’s license
Wage Range:
• $21.00 – $22.83
