The Summit County Family & Intercultural Resource Center (FIRC) is searching for a Sr. Finance Manager that will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including cash flow, budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance. Additionally, the Sr Finance Manager will oversee the Thrift Store Manager, and be responsible for the overall operations of the Thrift Store. This position is responsible for ensuring that FIRC manages resources in the most beneficial way and helps maximize our funding, while aligning with the Organization’s strategic goals, mission, vision and values.
