
Real Estate Assistant wanted. I am seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented assistant who lives locally and can work in my home office in Basalt. This is an in-office position for approximately 8 hours per day, with occasional additional hours as needed.
A real estate license is not required or desired—this role is strictly administrative.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Extensive database entry and management in the ACT CRM system
• Updating ACT with sales data from the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and county records
• Working regularly in Microsoft Word, Publisher, Excel, and Omniform (used to create contract forms)
• Handling multiple tasks simultaneously with speed and accuracy
Important Notes:
• This is a computer-focused position; you will not answer phones, show property, interact with clients, do bookkeeping, or assist with website management
• Strong PC computer skills are essential
• Accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail are critical
This is a permanent position, not temporary. The role is structured as an independent contractor position; you will be responsible for your own taxes.
