About the Role: A private family in Aspen is seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of a luxury private residence. The ideal candidate is discreet, trustworthy, proactive, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: Perform daily and deep cleaning of all interior spaces Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing, and sanitizing surfaces Make beds and change linens Laundry and ironing, including proper care for fine fabrics Organize closets, cabinets, and storage areas Maintain kitchens and bathrooms to high standards Monitor household supplies and notify when restocking is needed Manage trash and recycling Follow special care instructions for delicate surfaces, furnishings, and artwork Assist with occasional special projects or seasonal deep cleaning Maintain discretion and respect the family’s privacy at all times Qualifications: Prior housekeeping experience in private homes or luxury hospitality preferred Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Physically able to perform job duties (standing, bending, lifting up to ~30 lbs) Trustworthy, professional, and reliable Good communication skills References required Preferred (Optional): Experience in high-net-worth or luxury residences Knowledge of eco-friendly or specialty cleaning products Valid driver’s license
