The Summit County Family & Intercultural Resource Center (FIRC) is searching for a Food & Thrift Manager that will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for FIRC’s Food Markets and Thrift Store. This role oversees the Food Market Assistant Manager and the Thrift Store Assistant Manager and is responsible for designing, aligning, and strengthening the systems that support equitable access to basic needs in Summit County. The Food & Thrift Manager focuses on building sustainable food and thrift infrastructure, ensuring alignment across teams, departments, and partners, and positioning food and thrift programs as key entry points to additional FIRC services. This role brings a systems-oriented, big-picture perspective and engages with local and state partners to stay responsive to food security trends and community needs.
