We are seeking an accomplished General Manager to lead the opening and ongoing operations of a new, independently owned, upscale French-inspired brasserie in the heart of Vail. With 135 seats, a dynamic bar program, and strong seasonal volume, this role requires a true professional ready to take full ownership of the guest experience and financial performance. Your Role • Full operational responsibility, reporting directly to ownership. • Hire, train, and develop your own leadership and service team. • Establish systems, standards, and service culture from day one. • Drive financial performance while protecting the brand and guest experience. • Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to build a cohesive, exceptional operation. Who You Are • A seasoned hospitality leader with a track record of excellence. • Experienced in fine dining or upscale, high-volume environments. • Financially fluent and operationally disciplined. • Calm under pressure, decisive, and inspiring. • Ideally established in or committed to the Vail Valley lifestyle.
