We are launching an independent, upscale French-inspired brasserie concept (135 seats, full bar, lunch and dinner, seven days a week) in one of the most coveted restaurant locations in Vail.
This is not just another Executive Chef role. This is a founding leadership position.

• Ideally connected to or familiar with the Vail Valley market.
Compensation & Opportunity
• Salary up to $90-100K+ based on experience
