ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As the Customer Service / Sales Manager for Andrea Gurule - State Farm Agent, you play a pivotal role in driving the success of our agency. You'll lead sales efforts by developing strong client relationships, mentoring a high-performing sales team, and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions. Through your leadership, you'll inspire growth and make a positive impact on both the agency and the community we serve.
This is a player / coach role both requiring personal production (50+ apps monthly) and leadership responsibilities. We're excited to welcome a dynamic, results-oriented professional like you to our team!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve agency goals and objectives.
• Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure consistent performance and professional development.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive retention and expand referral networks.
• Personally sell 50+ insurance policies monthly, along with 5+ life/health policies.
• Conduct policy reviews, assess client needs, and recommend tailored insurance solutions.
• Proactively market and cross-sell products to warm and cold leads.
• Oversee customer issue resolution and ensure a positive client experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Prior insurance experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Competitive, self-managed and metrics-driven.
• Calm under pressure, team-focused and process oriented.
• Active state insurance licenses (or willingness to obtain them promptly).
Compensation: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Andrea Gurule - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
