Facilities and Grounds Technician position on a ~20-thousand-acre ranch between Steamboat Springs and Hayden, CO.
This is a year-round position with salary plus housing included in the compensation package. Reliable, organized, ability to run various groundskeeping and ranch equipment necessary. Duties to include groundskeeping, maintenance of facilities including light carpentry, plumbing, irrigation systems, snow removal, general upkeep of vehicles, equipment, lawns, driveways, etc. Independent work. Will consider a single or couple for this position.
