Facilities Manager Application Deadline: Friday, April 10, 2026 - 5:00pm Position Description: The Bud Werner Memorial Library seeks a Facilities Manager to ensure our beautiful library remains a source of joy for everyone who walks through our doors. This position oversees the operation, maintenance, safety, and long-term planning of the library’s 35,000-square-foot building, ensuring that all systems–including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, security, and digital building controls–function efficiently and safely. The Facilities Manager develops and implements preventive maintenance programs, manages vendors and contracts, coordinates capital projects, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards.
