Open Seasonal Positions 1. Summer Camp Head Chef Compensation: $1,200 – $1,500/week DOE (Room & Board included) The Role: Lead all food service operations for up to 190 campers and staff. You will manage a small team, plan nutritious buffet-style menus (including dietary accommodations), handle procurement, and maintain high sanitation standards. 2. Summer Camp Kitchen Staff Compensation: $450 – $550/week DOE (Room & Board included) The Role: Support the Head Chef in daily food prep, buffet service, and maintaining a spotless kitchen. This is a high-energy role perfect for those who enjoy a fast-paced environment and teamwork. 3. Residential Camp Counselor Compensation: $400 – $500/week DOE (Room & Board included) The Role: Live on-site and serve as a mentor and primary caretaker for our Emerging and Pre-Professional artists. You’ll oversee daily routines, foster a supportive cabin community, and ensure camper safety 24/7. 4. Summer Day Camp Counselor Compensation: $400 – $500/week DOE (Meals included; Room & Board for non-locals) The Role: Lead engaging, themed activities (arts, games, and adventure) for our day campers.
