Ladybug Gardening is hiring part-time and full-time seasonal garden and landscape maintenance crew members for the summer season, running from May through mid-October. Join our friendly, hardworking team and spend your days outdoors helping maintain beautiful gardens and landscapes. Typical duties include spring clean-up, planting flowers, mowing, trimming, watering, weeding, deadheading, and fall cutbacks. The position offers 20 to 40 hours per week, working 3 to 5 days, including one weekend day for watering duties. Previous landscaping or gardening experience is preferred, but we’re happy to train motivated individuals. A clean driving record is required, as some travel between job sites may be necessary. Starting pay is $23–$25 per hour, depending on experience (DOE), with the potential to earn a bonus at the end of the season.
