FACILITIES MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Level I - $52,519 – $70,901 Level II - $57,771 – $77,991 ABOUT THIS POSITION - The Town of Basalt is accepting applications for a Facilities Maintenance Technician (Level I or II), with placement based experience. This position is responsible for the maintenance and repair of Town facilities to ensure reliable operation. The successful candidate possesses a team-oriented, collaborative, and organized working style, with excellent communication skills, the ability to maintain positive relationships, and responsiveness to the community. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE - Experience and/or training in building construction or building maintenance with skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical wiring, mechanical, painting/drywall and other related fields preferred, but will train the right person. Valid Colorado driver’s license required.
