The Grand County Colorado Tourism Board is seeking a contractor to help implement and promote the Do Grand Right campaign through hands-on outreach, education, and community coordination across Grand County. This role focuses on sharing sustainability messaging with residents, second homeowners, business owners, and land managers while representing the organization at 7+ summer markets, concerts, and community events. Responsibilities include setting up and managing outreach booths, distributing materials, collaborating with partners to maintain consistent messaging, tracking outreach efforts, providing campaign feedback, participating in meetings, leading the annual Scenic Byway committee, and identifying new outreach opportunities. Work will take place across Grand Lake, Granby, Fraser, Kremmling, Hot Sulphur Springs, Winter Park and Fraser. Ideal candidates have experience in community outreach, tourism, recreation, or education; strong communication skills; knowledge of Grand County; and the ability to manage event logistics independently. Preferred qualifications include experience with markets or festivals, familiarity with stewardship messaging like Leave No Trace, collaboration with local organizations, and the ability to set up and manage booth materials.
