Applicants established in the Eagle Valley who plan to remain year-round are encouraged to apply. Duties include supervising dogs, walking, feeding, cleaning, and working with our team. A love of dogs, reliability, and willingness to do active, hands-on work are essential. Shifts: Daytime shifts between 7 AM–6 PM and evening boarding shifts from 6–10 PM. Pay: $18/hour during training; regular starting wage of $20–$22/hour. Full-time retention bonuses: $600 after six months and an additional $750 at one year, subject to written eligibility terms.
