Kitchen Crew → Shift Lead → Manager
@ our new Frisco location! (potential at Dillon and Silverthorne locations)
Join our team at a fast-growing quick-service Mexican restaurant where fresh food, teamwork, and growth opportunities are at the heart of what we do. We are looking for motivated individuals to start as Kitchen Crew with the opportunity to quickly advance into Shift Lead and eventually Manager roles, if desired.
Requirements:
• Previous commercial kitchen experience required
• Must speak and understand English
• Food Manager Certification preferred (or ability to obtain)
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and leadership potential
Responsibilities (starting as Kitchen Crew):
• Cook & prepare all ingredients following standard recipes
• Build & package tacos, burritos and other items on the menu to-order
• Provide excellent customer service and teamwork
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
• Support daily BOH and FOH operations and assist teammates as needed
As you grow with us, responsibilities expand to include:
• Leading teammates, overseeing shifts, and training new staff
• Overseeing BOH and FOH operations and food safety practices
• Assisting with inventory, scheduling, and daily management duties
• Among others

• Ability to work during high sales volumes and demanding service environment
