Catamount Ranch & Club in Steamboat Springs, CO is seeking an energetic, service-driven Retail Manager / Buyer to lead merchandising operations for our private golf and lifestyle club. This individual will oversee buying, inventory, merchandising, vendor relations, and daily retail performance across golf, racquets, aquatics, and seasonal activities. Ideal candidates bring strong interpersonal skills, retail management experience, and a passion for creating an exceptional member experience. Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000 base + bonus (total potential $65,000 –$75,000), benefits, retirement plan, uniform allowance. This is a full-time year-round position.
