Responsibilities include assisting equipment operators, performing manual digging and grading, loading and unloading materials, maintaining tools and equipment, and keeping job sites clean and safe. Candidates should be able to work outdoors in varying conditions, follow safety guidelines, and perform physically demanding tasks. No minimum education required. Construction or excavation experience is a plus but not required. A strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn are essential. Pay: $20–$30 per hour, depending on experience.
